Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing at the beach, and embracing any spontaneous adventure that comes her way!

Front Desk Lead/Insurance Coordinator

Meet Gwen! As our Front Desk Lead and Insurance Coordinator, Gwen enjoys helping patients understand their insurance benefits and making the most of their coverage. She especially loves seeing the joy on a patient’s face when they get their smile back. Outside the office, Gwen loves spending time with her grandkids. A fun fact about Gwen? The first time she met her husband, he proposed!

Meet Jenn! As our Dental Treatment Coordinator, she brings experience, leadership, and a passion for patient care to the team. Born and raised right here in Lynchburg, she takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable while educating them every step of the way. She’s highly knowledgeable in all things dentistry and is always looking to further her education and grow in the field. Outside the office, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her kids, and scrapbooking whenever time allows.

Patient Care Coordinator

Meet Allie! As part of our friendly front desk team, Allie enjoys helping patients feel welcomed and creating an excellent experience from start to finish. With experience in insurance, claims, and scheduling, she’s a great resource for patients navigating their care. Outside the office, she enjoys baking, painting, karaoke, and exploring new places. Her dream is to one day open a micro-bakery with her sister and create a family business for her kids.

With skills in scheduling, phones, filing, and computer work, she helps keep the front office running smoothly. Outside the office, Kim enjoys thrifting and spending time with her family and friends. She values building lasting friendships and sharing love and kindness with those around her.

Lead Dental Hygienist

Meet Tracy! She’s our Lead Dental Hygienist who’s proud to be from right here in the community and loves building lasting relationships with her patients. Her goal is to one day retire by the beach, soaking up the sun and enjoying a slower pace of life. In the meantime, she stays busy with gardening, reading, beach trips, and spending time with family. Known for her quick wit and touch of sarcasm, she brings both humor and comfort to every appointment - helping patients feel right at home while in her care.

Katelyn
Dental Hygienist

Meet Katelyn! She’s a hard working Dental Hygienist from right here in Lynchburg. She’s passionate about growing both personally and professionally, with goals of traveling to all 50 states, earning her master’s degree in public health, teaching in a dental hygiene program, and giving back through community service. She has a strong clinical focus on nonsurgical periodontal therapy and laser therapy, helping patients achieve healthier smiles. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, working on jigsaw puzzles, traveling, biking, and spending time with friends playing board and card games.

Dental Hygienist

Meet Lynn! She’s a dedicated dental hygienist who grew up in West Virginia and has called Lynchburg home since the 90’s. She’s committed to staying up to date with the latest in dentistry while helping patients feel comfortable, especially those who may feel a little anxious. Her long-term goal is to continue doing what she loves while staying active and hands-on for years to come. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, bike riding, RV travel, and spending quality time with her grandchildren. She also has a talent for sewing, showcasing her creativity beyond the dental chair!

Meet Susanne! She’s a compassionate dental hygienist who has called this area home since 1990, originally from Eustis, Florida. She believes dentistry is about so much more than just cleaning teeth—it’s about making a real difference by easing patients’ fears and truly listening to their needs. Known for her calm demeanor, she helps patients feel at ease while educating them on the important connection between oral health and overall wellness. Outside the office, she enjoys hosting monthly Bunco nights, baking when she can, and practicing yoga to stay balanced.

Meet Renee! She’s a dedicated dental hygienist with a passion for continuing her education, especially in airway dentistry and oral myofunctional disorders. She loves helping patients improve not just their smiles, but their overall health. Outside the office, you’ll find her traveling, hiking, relaxing at the beach, or enjoying live music and concerts. She’s always up for her next adventure!

With nearly 36 years of experience, she’s passionate about giving patients the attention and care they deserve while supporting the doctors as an extra set of hands during treatment. Her years in dentistry have taught her the importance of flexibility, teamwork, and always being willing to learn and grow. Outside the office, she enjoys shopping with her girlfriends, spending time with friends, and being involved in her church’s small groups.

She enjoys educating patients by sharing helpful tips and tricks to improve their oral health and believes that good habits at home make all the difference. If there's one piece of advice Kayla always gives, it's simple: brush twice a day and don't forget to floss! Outside of the office, Kayla enjoys curling up with a good book or spending time playing video games. A fun fact about Kayla is that she's a proud mom and is currently attending school to become a dental hygienist. She is excited to continue growing in her career while providing exceptional care to every patient she meets.

Originally from both Farmville, VA, and Eugene, OR, she brings a unique perspective to our team. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, hanging out with her dog Rocky, organizing, and relaxing at the beach. Her specialty? Keeping things clean and organized!

Meet Sarah! As a dental assistant with 5 years of experience, Sarah is passionate about providing excellent patient care and helping patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit. She is known for her bedside manner, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to anticipate the needs of the provider. Sarah also enjoys educating patients about their treatment and adapting to whatever the day brings. Her goal is to continue growing in dentistry, from EFDA to RDH and eventually DDS. Outside the office, Sarah enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, working out, and seeking out her next adrenaline rush. Her favorite Hobby is spending time with her “child,” her dog Honey.
