Born and raised right here in Central Virginia, she loves connecting with patients and making everyone feel at home. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing at the beach, and embracing any spontaneous adventure that comes her way!

Insurance/Billing Coordinator

Meet Gwen! She is our knowledgeable Insurance Coordinator who is passionate about helping patients understand and maximize their dental insurance benefits. She enjoys guiding patients through the often-confusing world of dental insurance, making sure they get the most value from their coverage and feel confident about their treatment options.

What Gwen loves most about working in dentistry is seeing the joy on a patient's face when they get their smile back. Her favorite piece of advice is to choose a dental insurance plan that provides more benefits than it costs in premiums, helping you make the most of your investment in your oral health.

When she's away from the office, Gwen loves spending time with her grandchildren and enjoys any activity that lets her make memories with them. A fun fact about Gwen is that the very first time she met her husband, he proposed to her—and the rest is history!

Meet Fabiola! As our friendly front desk scheduling coordinator, Fabi helps keep everything running smoothly while creating a welcoming experience for every patient. Originally from San Jose, Costa Rica, she brings a warm and positive energy to the office. With her bilingual skills and insurance experience, she’s a great resource for patients navigating their care. Outside the office, she enjoys crocheting and knitting, reading, hiking, and spending time gardening.

Meet Tracy! She’s our Lead Dental Hygienist who’s proud to be from right here in the community and loves building lasting relationships with her patients. Her goal is to one day retire by the beach, soaking up the sun and enjoying a slower pace of life. In the meantime, she stays busy with gardening, reading, beach trips, and spending time with family. Known for her quick wit and touch of sarcasm, she brings both humor and comfort to every appointment - helping patients feel right at home while in her care.

Dental Hygienist

Meet Katelyn! She’s a hard working Dental Hygienist from right here in Lynchburg. She’s passionate about growing both personally and professionally, with goals of traveling to all 50 states, earning her master’s degree in public health, teaching in a dental hygiene program, and giving back through community service. She has a strong clinical focus on nonsurgical periodontal therapy and laser therapy, helping patients achieve healthier smiles. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, working on jigsaw puzzles, traveling, biking, and spending time with friends playing board and card games.

Meet Lynn! She’s a dedicated dental hygienist who grew up in West Virginia and has called Lynchburg home since the 90’s. She’s committed to staying up to date with the latest in dentistry while helping patients feel comfortable, especially those who may feel a little anxious. Her long-term goal is to continue doing what she loves while staying active and hands-on for years to come. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, bike riding, RV travel, and spending quality time with her grandchildren. She also has a talent for sewing, showcasing her creativity beyond the dental chair!

Meet Susanne! She’s a compassionate dental hygienist who has called this area home since 1990, originally from Eustis, Florida. She believes dentistry is about so much more than just cleaning teeth—it’s about making a real difference by easing patients’ fears and truly listening to their needs. Known for her calm demeanor, she helps patients feel at ease while educating them on the important connection between oral health and overall wellness. Outside the office, she enjoys hosting monthly Bunco nights, baking when she can, and practicing yoga to stay balanced.

Outside the office, she enjoys shopping with her girlfriends, spending time with friends, and being involved in her church’s small groups.

A fun fact about Kayla is that she's a proud mom and is currently attending school to become a dental hygienist. She is excited to continue growing in her career while providing exceptional care to every patient she meets.
